Dr.-Ing. Nguyen Chi Ngonreceived his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in E.E. from Can Tho University and National University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, in 1996 and 2001, respectively. The degree of Ph.D. was awarded by the University of Rostock, Germany, in 2007. Since 1996, he has worked at the Can Tho University.
