Learning goals

This module aims to develop the student’s ability to analyse and design linear control loops and to extend an understanding of the analysis of dynamic systems.

Course contents

  • Basics in mathematics and system theory 
  • Study and description of the behaviour of dynamic systems, modelling and identification
  • Linear control systems 
  • Criteria of system stability and optimization of control loops using time and frequency characteristics
  • System analysis and synthesis using computer-aided techniques
