Fundamentals of Electrical Engineering 1

Learning goals

Students will be able to analyse DC circuits, static fields, steady flow fields, steady magnetic fields and alternating current circuits. They understand the electro-physical principles, in terms of electrical regulations, voltage equations and regulations, and the application fields of electrical power principles. They know analysis methods using the appropriate application and have skills in the application of these methods. Students are confident in the ability to analyse and determine the power system and operating features. They have a practical knowledge of operation and implementation. The students acquire skills in teamwork and are prepared for methodical working and presentation techniques.
