On 4th November 2015, VGU celebrated the success of the VGU graduates 2015 and awarded degrees to 43 master and bachelor graduates from 6 study programs. The ceremony was attended by prominent guests, such as Hessen State Minister Science and the Arts, Mr. Boris Rhein, MoET Deputy Minister Bui Van Ga and Consul General of Switzerland, Mr. Othmar Hardegger as well as other delegates of German and Vietnamese universities and many entrepreneurs.
In his speech, Minister Boris Rhein congratulated the young graduates on the successful completion of their studies and expressed his full support for the VGU in the future.
The ceremony also honored 18 fellow students of the World University Service and VGU Friendship Foundation scholarships, with a total value of Euro 18,000 (Euro 1,000/ each scholarship).
During the past years, almost all VGU graduates are employed by multi-national companies, international organizations in Vietnam and many countries in the European Union. Some others continue their higher level research as well as received scholarships for studying in European countries.
